The RV Park at McKinney Roughs is our newest resort-style RV park and cabin community we are developing just outside of Austin, Texas. Above is a rendering of what it will look like when complete and this project is well underway, targeting a Grand Opening in late 2026!

Just 14 miles east of the Austin airport, we border McKinney Roughs Nature Park, 1,100 acres used for horseback riding, hiking and even a zipline into the Colorado River!  We are in a thriving area close to large employers like Tesla and SpaceX.   We are also near tourist destinations including Circuit of the Americas and the new Cotaland Amusement Park, opening in 2026, with some insane roller coasters!   The park is located on State Highway 71, the main corridor between Austin and Houston, a road that carries over 52 thousand cars per day past our location.

What will really differentiate our park from others starts with our private lake:  3.5 acres of water perfect for swimming, boating and fishing.  We’re even putting in a sandy beach for kids to play!

Add in our million-dollar amenities, including a pool, pickleball courts, fully furnished cabins for rent, a dog park, EV charging stations, a community center and more.  We will have the nicest amenities of any RV Park in the area.
