DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS
Development and Operations are under the leadership of Andrew Brown and Linda Pedersen.
In 2012, Andrew & Linda started their residential real estate company, For The Win Ventures, in Austin, TX. With revenues over
$15m, they have successfully completed over 50 projects ranging from simple rehabs to million-dollar new construction.
In 2023 they launched North by Northwest RV Park in Jonestown, TX. Despite the significant financial and logistical challenges of
developing during Covid, Andrew and Linda demonstrated their tenacity and launched a beautiful park that is now approaching
capacity.
Both Andrew and Linda have completed their Master’s Degrees and other certifications, including Andrew’s Six Sigma Black Belt
and Linda’s Project Management Professional certification. Linda has taught real estate nationally for 8 years.
Personally, they live in NW Austin with their 4 amazing children, 1 grandma, 1 grandpa a dog and a cat.
General Contractor
The General Contractor on this project is Wes Cowart, owner of Outdoor Designs of Texas. Since 1992, Wes and his crew have been beautifying Central Texas, including the completion of multiple RV Parks.
Wes treats each project as if it were his own, and in this case, it is! He is not only the GC on this project, he’s also an investor.
More importantly to us, Wes was our GC on the RV Park we completed during Covid. His efforts to manage costs during a period of high inflation while working around delays when jurisdictions shut down were nothing short of heroic.
When he’s not working, Wes can be found on his farm in Georgetown, surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren.
